I DARE YOU

I dare you to come to Sunday School,
I dare you to live by the Golden Rule,
I dare you to turn to the Lord to-day,
I dare you to trust Him when you pray.

I dare you to reach for higher goals,
I dare you to pray for men's lost souls,
I dare you to follow the Living Way,
I dare you to read the Word each day.

I dare you to meet in the House of Prayer,
I dare you to leave your burden there,
I dare you to walk the narrow road,
I dare you to help with your brother's load.

I dare you to love when others hate,
I dare you to enter God's strait gate,
I dare you to care for child and youth,
I dare you to search for God's own Truth.

I dare you to tithe your time and pay,
I dare you to witness every day,
I dare you to smile when things go wrong,
I dare you to start each day with song.

I dare you to say, "Thy will not mine",
I dare you to wait for Power Devine,
I dare you to follow day by day,
Then, I dare you to Say, That it Doesn't pay.
