THAT SWEET HOME OF MINE
When I was a small child, all happy and gay,
Out in the meadow I 'd go to play,
Different from most children of the day,
I played by myself all times of the day.
If any other children was about,
I'd begin to bawl or scream or pout,
And try my best to throw them out,
When they were gone, I would laugh and shout.
But now it's different, very much to-day,
I began to pout if they stay away,
I love to dance and shout and run,
And join with the others in their fun.
