TO ANOTHER BRIDE

I got your invite the other day,
And sure was glad to get it,
I hadn't seen you all for a spell,
So I welcomed this here visit.

I sure of liked to got a gift,
But my money all run out,
So I thought I'd tell you all just a bit,
Some things I've learned about.

Now, you may think I ain't real bright,
If the truth was known; I ain't,
But I've kept a husband all these years,
Without too much complaint.
