God reached down from Heaven once,
And rolled up bits of clay,
And breathed the breath of life in man,
And man had come to stay.
Noah was a patient man,
Ridicules he braved,
He built an ark of gopher wood,
But only eight were saved.
Moses was a man of God,
He climbed Mt.Sinai,
Where God saw fit to give to him.
Commands for you and I.
Joshua led the Israelites,
When Moses said good-by,
He gained his favor with the Lord,
By being a good spy.
